Collette Tours

To reserve a Collette tour, a non-refundable deposit is required within 5-10 days of booking. All rates are guaranteed upon deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the departure date.

Collette accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover/Novus.

Collette reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges if payments are not received within the specified periods.

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation of a confirmed booking or a transfer to a new travel date occurs, Collette will assess the following penalties:

A handling fee of $25 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation. A change of departure date within 90 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services where the customer is not at fault and has not cancelled in violation of the terms and conditions above, a full refund will be rewarded.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
